   Review of Union New American Restaurant My recent visit to Union New American was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The combination of a vibrant ambiance, attentive service, and delicious food made it a dining highlight. The Atmosphere The restaurant boasts a stylish and inviting environment, with lush floral arrangements and elegant décor that sets a relaxing yet sophisticated tone. The seating area was comfortable, and the attention to detail in the interior design added to the overall charm. The Food We tried several dishes, each one a testament to the quality and creativity of the kitchen staff: •Fried Rice: Packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, it was a standout dish that offered a delightful balance of textures. •Caesar Salad: Fresh, crisp, and expertly dressed, with just the right amount of anchovy kick in the dressing. •Cheeseburger: Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it came with a side that complemented the burger beautifully. •Pork Belly Tacos: These were exceptional—tender, savory, and bursting with flavor. The fusion of spices and textures made them truly unforgettable. Service The service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being intrusive. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall Experience Union New American exceeded our expectations on all fronts. It’s the perfect spot for a special occasion or just a casual outing with exceptional food and atmosphere. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning!

   Came for brunch and I would say I had an okay experience. I enjoyed the ambience and the cocktails but not so much the food. I got the olive oil French toast and it was tasty if you could get past whatever oil/grease that’s spilling out of the the toast when you press your fork into it. This isn’t the pudding that’s inside the French toast but some weird clear substance on the toast itself. I had no interest in finishing the French toast because I couldn’t get past the grease seeping out of it. I wasn’t impressed by the bacon either. It wasn’t crispy at all and it had a weird grayish color to a couple of the pieces. Didn’t finish it either. The restaurant itself is very pretty and Instagram worthy. They had live music on Sunday which was nice but we were sat pretty close to the DJ so I had a hard time hearing my guest over the music. Overall would I come for brunch again? Probably not but I wouldn’t mind coming for dinner or just going for cocktails at the bar

   Great spot for girls birthday dinner! Union gave us a champagne toast for the birthday girl!! Benjamin was top notch 10/10 server!!!

   Second time at the restaurant. Ok the first time but willing to come back with friends to try again. First the food - my wife and I had the salmon which is supposed to come with a Thai curry sauce and black rice. It was so bland there was no taste to the curry or the rice. Salmon was decently cooked but we were disappointed by the lack of flavor. Our friends meals lacked any kind of decent portion size. The waiter - he was very friendly and sweet but spent his entire night hanging around the table constantly interrupting us while we were talking. We felt very rushed by his presence and had to ask him multiple times to give us space and some time to catch up and then we would order. It went on like that all night. Such a shame because the restaurant is impressive inside. The noise level is beyond tolerable if you want a nice night out with friends. It’s like a nightclub inside with the type of music you would expect in a club and the same loudness. Very unlikely we would return.

   This was our first visit to Union. Overall it was good, food and drinks were great! We had a reservation for 6:30 but arrived at 6:00 in hopes of going to the rooftop bar for a drink but it was closed for a private event . So my husband checked us in and I grabbed 2 seats at the bar. 6:30 came and went and no one from the hostess stand came to get us. It got to be 6:50 and still no table. We spoke to someone who saw us checked in on the iPad and said they were waiting for a table to leave … at this point it appeared our table was given away and they forgot about us. Spoke to a manager - Steven- he apologized and admitted we fell through the cracks and not sure how they missed us and offered dinner on him but never took it any further to handle our check. Not that we were looking for that but he shouldn’t have offered if he wasn’t going to take care of it. So we sat at the bar and ordered dinner there, service was great and food was great! Additional note- there was group next to us at the bar and same thing happened to them. They spoke to a manager and he picked up their round of drinks and apps at the bar! So that was nice to see!

   Great food, drinks, service and vibe. It is always a great experience. It can get noisy but the high energy vibe is worth it.
