Pretty bad experience; we made a reservation to celebrate our anniversary (the website asked us if we're having a special occasion). There was actually no added value for that, no one cared (which is reasonable, but why did you even ask?). The food and drinks arrived pretty fast, which was nice; the drinks were very good (sponsored by an italian Cava company, so not an original drink by the restaurant), but then we got to the food. That's where everything went south really quick. My dish included a "black bun", which was completely horrible. First, it tasted and had a texture of a dishwasher sponge. Secondly, this "sponge" completely fell apart after the 1st bite. I had to scrape the bun (sponge) parts off becuase it disassmled compltely and stuck to the vegetables and patty. The couple next to us had the same problem. Eventually I scraped off all the spongy parts of the so-called bun and ate the patty and vegetables seperately with a fork. The waiters saw what was happenning to both me and the table next to us and decided to gracefully ignore. We were very disappointed and won't be returing. Needless to say that the value for money does not exist.

Sehr guter Burger, frisch zubereitet mit frischen Zutaten. Die Pommes waren ausgezeichnet.

Zu lange auf das Essen warten müssen. 45 Minuten Wartezeit sind deutlich zu lang.

One of the best burgers we had during our 2 week eurotrip. Fantastic, well cooked, with a good variety of options. Would love to come back and try the steak as a lot of people were ordering that.

Another very good experience at the Upper Burger Grill, food was excellent. The stairs to toilets are "a Challenge" but do not let it stop you coming for the food.

Der Burger hat gut geschmeckt, die Pommes eigentlich auch, aber diese waren schon kalt, als sie uns serviert wurden. Alle Beilagen muss man separat bestellen/bezahlen, auch jede Soße wie Ketchup/Mayo, so wird das Essen recht teuer. Das Ambiente ist laut und eng, wir würden hier nicht mehr hingehen.
