Almost three years on from its culinary christening, Upstairs has sparked a reputation for casual dining in its finest form. A self-contained dining space, Upstairs offers guests a selection of small plates from our daily-changing menu, all of which are cooked to order from an open island kitchen and designed to share.
As well as being available for reservations and exclusive hires, Upstairs proudly plays host to a variety of exciting events and special evenings for our guests to enjoy; from expertly-led wine masterclasses to convivial Sunday lunches.
Our aim has always been to offer our guests the opportunity to get closer to the cooking process than ever before, and with the unfaltering passion and dedication of our team, a recently (and very proudly) received Bib Gourmand Award, and the continued support of our wonderful guests, we truly see nowhere to go but up.

One of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a very long time!
The staff were very attentive for my friend’s birthday and our waiter, Jack, was brilliant.
The food was amazing and the overall vibe was really good. Would thoroughly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Outstanding ingredients deliciously prepared - served by the friendliest waitstaff imaginable.
We had a wonderful evening. Grilled sardines and grilled satay prawns were especially spectacular.

Very chilled vibe and wait staff make you feel very relaxed. The food was fantastic and served at a pace that made it not feel rushed or like they wanted to just turn tables over and get the next through the door. What amazed me was that the chefs seemed to serve the whole dining room on a single jib and small charcoal grill and a small oven!
