This year, Chef Erin Miller of Urban Hearth is teaming up with the talented Chef Song Thanaphon Authaiphan of Mahaniyom and Merai to create a spectacular 4-course menu that blends the bold flavors of his native Thailand with the comforting essence of her roots in the American South. We will employ all of our culinary talents to craft New England’s winter bounty into an exotically spiced, warm and fragrant multi-course tasting menu that sings with flavors of New England, Thailand, & the American South, all sourced from within a 100-mile radius.
