   Service started out poorly - my guest and I arrived about 3 minutes apart, both citing the same reservations, but were shown to two different tables, out of sight of each other. We sat separately for over 15 minutes before a text exchange let us know we were both there. Despite a a roughly 1 to 1 ratio of servers and guests, the level of attention was minimal, and it took forever to place our order. Probably would have been better if we hadn't had the chance. The food was as close to inedible as I have had lately - smelling heavily of the cleaning fluid that the waitress was using to wipe down tables. Portion sizes were large enough that I could have taken leftovers home for a meal or two, but there was no desire to do so.

   We tried Urbano for the first time and our experience was ok. Service was very very slow and there were only 3 or 4 tables occupied. My husband’s order came out wrong (not the dish he ordered) and they had to redo. The food was ok. Not a good value for the $$ and most likely will not return.

   Have been here twice and food tastes fresh each time across several dishes, salsa is unique, awesome, and flavorful. Music has a great beat but was a tad too loud. We’ll continue to dine here.

   Excellent brunch experience! I had the breakfast fajitas. The mimosas were delicious as well.

   Great food and service and the best salsa! Only negative comment is that the tables are a bit too close together.

    I grew up in Texas so I know good TexMex - this isn't that. The margarita tasted like chemicals so that I couldn't drink it and returned it for a beer. The salsa was ok but didn't taste fresh, probably from a bottle. The enchiladas were so bland that, hungry as I was, I only ate half of them whereas the rice and beans were overly salty and barely edible. There were two bright spots: the waitress was excellent and the guacamole was good. But overall a most disappointing experience.
