   As soon as we sat down they were already rushing us out. It was obvious they wanted us to hurry up, eat and leave. We made reservations and choose inside dining instead of the patio. We arrived on time of not 5-10 min early but they sat us on the patio instead.

   Wonderful pre-matinee lunch in this cozy, little restaurant. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The Taro latte is amazing! Our pleasant and efficient server was Jasmine, the general manager. The staff is always friendly. I'm so happy for them that they are moving to a nearby larger space soon.    Everything was fantastic! We had an excellent breakfast. My wife has gluten and dairy restrictions and UT47 took care of her - from the latte to the eggs Benedict, everything was great. I had the waffle with bacon and avocado and it was the best I’ve had. Will recommend to all of our friends and family.

    So glad I found this hidden gem! The GM was so gracious, even when we showed up late for our reservation. The plates come out photo-worthy and taste delicious. Portions are filling and the quality of both the food and beverages is high. Will be sure to stop back when I’m in NYC.
