Valle Omakase es una experiencia única, para llevar a tu paladar por un viaje gastronómico con propuestas de autor.

El menú degustación es elaborado y diseñado por Chef Quindere usando productos locales y japoneses siempre de una manera sustentable y respetando la naturaleza; el menú está en constante cambio ya que el chef pasa grande parte de su tiempo haciendo pruebas y dibujando nuevos platillos. También contamos con una variedad de sake, vinos y mixología de autor.

Chef Quindere pasó un tiempo estudiando y trabajando en Tokyo, Seychelles, en el Four Seasons Hotel, Hawaii, San Diego , Miami y recientemente Chef Consultor de Cuixmala Hotel en Jalisco y para el grupo Oasis Restaurantes en Manzanillo, México.

En el desarrollo de su carrera, ha tenido oportunidades de trabajar con chefs altamente reconocidos, incluyendo celebridades como el Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, el Chef Estrella Michellin Jeff Ramsey y Chef Alan Wong en el Waldorf Astoria en la isla de Maui entre otros.

Amazing experience and food with the chef and his team. 10/10 I recommend. It’s the same chef from Tapas in Ensenada. Food there is also superb.

Oh My God, what an experience this was. Picture this…. A Brazilian-American chef, in Baja Mexico, preparing the BEST Japanese food you’ve ever had. The dinner is more than just delicious Japanese fare, it is a true experience for all of your senses. It’s the chef’s choice and you are treated to 13 courses plus dessert and if you decide to include the pairing, will also enjoy several different cocktails, sakes and other drinks accompanying your meal. Chef has his own playlist on Spotify which makes for a chill ambiance and his staff is unwavering in their commitment to ensure you have everything you need for a memorable evening. Our friends have traveled all over the world and have visited Japan several times while living in China. They are definitely some of the most discerning foodies I know and they rated this meal as one of their top three, ever. A must go, if you’re in Valle de Guadalupe.

Dinning here was the highlight of my visit to Valle de Guadalupe. The food, drinks, and presentation were amazing. I cannot wait to return.

Valle Omakase with Chef Quindere was a wonderful experiential date night. The course was filling and the dishes were colorful and flavorful. Chef Quindere has a plethora of international experience, and truly makes his guests meals with utmost precision using the highest quality of locally sourced ingredients. Highly recommend if staying in Valle for a taste of traditional and creative Japanese omakase.

Buenísimo, de lo mejor que tiene el valle. Muy original el concepto, la decoración del lugar, los sabores de la comida. Fue una increíble experiencia la deliciosa comida y el lugar tan bonito con una vista que pocos lugares te ofrecen. El chef y todo su equipo son un verdadero ejemplo de excelencia. Definitivamente volveremos a disfrutar de este restaurante.
