We had a wonderful time! Aundre and the other Vargas servers were excellent! We loved the festive way drinks were presented, and the signature Mardi Gras cocktail was delicious. We suggest the Chilean Sea Bass, Red Snapper, bread pudding, and chocolate dome dessert. 10/10 recommend dining at Vargas!!

OMG I eat here often and they never cease to amaze me at Vargas. The chef, special surf and turf was out of this. We had it served family style cut on a board, one steak being Wagyu hanger and the other steak being Wagyu spinalis or ribeye cap. Both were amazing!! The lobster was perfectly cooked! I will also add they have the best French onion soup and wedge salad and all of Texas! Paired with a nice bottle of Jordan. It was an amazing dinner! As always, the service was phenomenal!

My bone in filet was outstanding and so was my wife’s salmon dinner. Cheesecake dessert was delicious. Look forward to going back, a really nice and fun ambiance.

This place is absolutely amazing, and we keep going back as often as we can. Every dish we've tried has been a delight. We even had the opportunity to sit at the chef's table and enjoy a five-course meal. You can't go wrong with any of the options at this restaurant. Without a doubt, it's our favorite restaurant!

EVERYTHING about this restaurant was exquisite. The ambience was romantic and friendly and just beautiful. The staff from the time we walked in until the time we left were attentive. We were seated quickly and the wait staff was there immediately. Kristin was our waitress she is incredibly knowledgeable of the menu and the specials. Gave us recommendations based on her own experience that’s so important, so many restaurants have wait staff that has never tasted the food. THE FOOD!!! The food was literally the best we have had in our life. Truly impeccable. We will be back!!!!

Food and service were phenomenal as usual. Our server Juan was the best. It was my wife’s birthday and she loved every minute of dining there.
