   Staff was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable about menu and with explaining the different options. Stay for dessert the crème brûlée was perfect.

   Outstanding service and food seated at the bar. Definitely our new favorite restaurant in our area! The food is amazingly good and we both have to agree that the lobster we had tonight was the best lobster either one of us has ever had. Lobster is usually… well lobster. I don’t know what they did, but it was next level good! Thank You Vargas for Great service and food!

   The service was impeccable, the food was delectable, and the ambience of dining in the Board Room was perfection. The main restaurant area was exceptionally loud; I was very grateful to have requested the Board Room! Everything was wonderful.

   The place is just amazing. The food quality is excellent. The service is great. It’s just an amazing dying experience. If you get a chance to go there go check it out.

   Service is unmatched by anything in the area, including Houston. It is impeccable! All of our dishes were absolute perfection.

   Great venue with a good menu for anyone who DOES NOT have shellfish allergies. For those of us with shellfish allergies, this IS NOT the place for you. 95% of the menu was inspired by shellfish. In fact, I was surprised the desserts didn’t have shellfish as a main ingredient. When I asked what could be done to dishes that had shellfish items (ie: topped with lump crab meat or jumbo prawns, accompanied with lobster, or topped with some type of shellfish sauce), our waiter said the chef would just leave the shellfish off the plate. Not an issue until we were told the price would be the same! For the record, I found one appetizer that did not have shellfish, bone marrow. There were also only two dishes that did not have shellfish as an ingredient. What they did do well, was to ensure that my food was not contaminated with shellfish. I did not have any issues so they get an A+ on their care in this area. But for everything else, it was a huge bust for me. Appetizers range from $18-$25, and entrees range from $45-$80+.

   The food and service were exceptional. We split the jumbo crab cake and it was delicious! We had Chef Jimmy’s catch, the 8 oz filet and lobster Mac and cheese. All were seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Our server Aundre was very attentive
