   Unfortunately this year experience was very poor compared last year Christmas dinner. The oysters were great but potatoes were cold and the steak were so over cooked that it was a piece of very dried. Waiters were so busy like there weren’t enough of them, it took over 20 minutes to get serve.

   Hi, The food was cold. Waited 60 min before getting the food. Are for 500+ for 4...it was a terrible experience for a xmas eve night I have been to many hi-end place but this time it was hard to beat....your excuses was that you were low on staff? Seriously. That is not what the customer needs to hear and plus that has nothing to do with the customer. If you cannot maintain the level of service and commitment in order to serve the guess correctly then management should have just Simply close it that day or accept les clientsVery unsatisfied and deceiving.    The evening started off poorly when the house is checking codes, took a full length for a coat in our party and just wrinkled it up and shoved it into a closet that was too short for it. It took a great deal of time to get service, even though we were the only people in the restaurant at the time. Lobster tails were average, but there was never even an offer to deshell them from the server. Scallop potatoes were underdone and below average. Steak was decent quality, but not cooked to perfection.  Carrot cake was horrible

   We go back there ever time we come to Montreal. The food is delicious: ribeye steak with 3 peppercorn sauce, and scalloped potatoes was excellent. The decor is pleasing, the restaurant was moderately crowded, very comfortable and enjoyable..

En effet, durant le mois de décembre le restaurant à tendance à rouler à pleine capacité ce qui explique le niveau de bruit. Nous serons ravis comme à l'habitude de vous accueillir!

   Probably the worst steakhouse experience I have had in 10 years. Waitress was also the bartender and was not attentive at all. We would often have to run to the bar to flag her down. Worst part was that for an 8PM reservation, we finally got our steaks at 945. A porterhouse and tomahawk and they were cold and dry. Manager didn’t even make an appearance and they offered free coffee as a makeup. Absolutely brutal 360 experience.

    Fantastic place. OpenTable reviews hit the nail right on the head. Food was tasty (had the Pintade, new on the menu). Waiter was attentive but not too intrusive (was in a business lunch). Saw great collaboration between different waiters. Great overall...highly recommend it. The fact that I could walk inside (underground city) from my office near McGill all to the way to the restaurant was a plus for me.
