   We had a table of 7 for a business meeting while in the city for a real estate conference with eXp Realty. I had booked the table and we were all very impressed with the service, food and atmosphere. I’d highly recommend dining here if in the city

   Been here a number of times before, every time I'm in MTL I make a point to stop by. Atmosphere is great, food is unbelievable, and service is very attentive. Just an all-around perfect spot.

   Overall experience was good. Our waitress was lovely - Berta I believe - she was really sweet and funny. The restaurant is huge and we had a table by the windows which was nice. The drinks were great and the food was good. I’ve had better steaks but I’ve also had worse. Mashed potatoes stole the show! 7/10 would recommend.

   Five-Star Experience at Vargas Restaurant! Our evening at Vargas Restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless — the location is incredibly convenient, right near our hotel, and easy to get to. We ordered the filet mignon and the strip steak, and both were cooked to absolute perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Each bite was a reminder of why we love coming here. Dessert was a real treat — the cheesecake was absolutely delightful, creamy and rich with just the right touch of sweetness. A special shoutout to the bartender, who was not only skilled but also added such great energy to the evening. Their creativity and warmth made our night even more memorable. We had a wonderful time with our friends — delicious food, great drinks, lots of laughs, and an inviting atmosphere. We highly recommend Vargas Restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a great night out!

   The food used to be so good. Today the soup was so full of salt I could not drink it. The meal was way overcooked and without taste Very disappointing
