   We had a great experience for Valentines Day. The atmosphere, service, food and music were outstanding. The Sax performance throughout the dinner was very pleasing and he engaged with us all while he walked around and played. We ate the Valentine’s menu and it was really good. The only thing was, we were not able to substitute the dessert with another. We are not big Tiramisu so we wanted to substitute it, but the Valentine menu was set and there was no substitutes. However I would still rate 5stars. We will be back. Thank you to our waiter Sean and staff.

   It was our first time there and our server Evan welcomed us and explained everything patiently. The saxophone player was awesome, we enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant, the service and the food! We will be back.

   Beautiful atmosphere.Food was delicious atmosphere was amazing and Ashley was my server she did an amazing job providing food recommendations and staying on top to see if we needed anything

   Food was cold when it came out, hostess was not attentive when we arrived, she seemed she didn’t want to be there, loved the ambience and vibe, waitress was great, if the food wasn’t cold I may have had a different reaction. Got sat down at the front of entrance and would have liked to be sat somewhere on the inside to appreciate the decor. Very nice restaurant wish it turned out better.

   Good food great service. Unfortunately the piano player must have been off that day. Kinda what drew us to this venue. Not a deal breaker. Had a great dinner.

   Unfortunately it was a disappointing night . The grilled octopus app was underwhelming. It was more olive (with pits ) than octopus. Caesar salad was very good. Had to ask for pepper. They didn’t even offer a grinder of pepper. I had a seafood pasta that was good. Definitely not outstanding. My husband had a sausage pesto pasta that was inedible. Sooo salty. Waitress never came to ask how the food was . My husband went to the host stand to get help. He ordered another espresso martini(on the house) but no additional food. I had been looking forward to the night out but food disappointed. Sax player sad very good. I don’t think we will be back.

   Logan, the service staff, was attentive and quick-acting. He was very responsive. My wife enjoyed the burratta salad, she hardly made a dent on her eggplant parmigiana! The short rib dish was excellent!

   Unfortunately the food was not great. My dish arrived as though it had been sitting for a bit, and the spaghetti and meatballs had a very sour taste to the sauce and the meatballs were very over seasoned with what appeared to be fennel. Our kids each had ordered it- we sent one back and asked for plain pasta but they never even removed it from the bill despite not touching it

   Jordan is incredible. Some of the menu changes are not great. I miss the Brussels and ravioli.

    After a long workday, I met a couple of business friends for dinner, and Varia provided the perfect ambiance to relax and unwind. The dinner was excellent—two of us enjoyed the Chicken Marsala, while the third opted for the octopus dish. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Jordan.
