Vaso's Mediterranean Bistro is a fine dining restaurant serving Greek-inspired cuisine from the Mind of Chef Vaso Volioti. With a range of authentic, house-made salads, gyros, platters, filo-based appetizers and mouthwatering entrees, it's easily one of the best Mediterranean restaurants around. The dining area is large, relaxed and modern and there's a fully stocked bar with great wine selections to pair with your meal. The staff at Vaso's Mediterranean Bistro is friendly and knowledgeable.

We have been in Alexandria, Old Town area, 1118 King Street, serving and supporting our community, for more than 15 years, always committed to bring our best in quality, taste, safety and respect that characterizes us.

Food was 3.5. I ordered the lamp chops which were cooked medium and seasoned well. My fiancé got the Vaso’s Shrimp which was good. There seem to be a vent above our table that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. However, after each customer dined, the table cloths were changed. Overall rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food is very good and the service is so nice! I like visiting family owned restaurants such as this. A perfect place for any occasion!

We chose Vaso's for lunch as we were in the mood for warm Mediterranean food due to the rainy cold weather and we were glad we did! We really enjoyed the triple dip with pita - especially the tzatziki (which the server told us was made in house) appetizer. For lunch, we ordered the special (gnocchi with pesto) and the classic Greek platter - and needed boxes to take home what we could not finish. Our server was very kind and attentive, and the busser ensured that our water glasses were always full. We were glad that we had lunch at Vaso's and intend to eat there again soon.

Great food, too many people, very loud and had a hard time hearing friends. I’ve been here many times, never had a issue, but maybe due to all the holiday revealers.
