Vaticano Cucina (Vatican’s Kitchen) is much more than an Italian restaurant. In the spirit of the widely celebrated Vatican City, our restaurant is a place to be delighted by the restaurant’s trademark decor and artisanal fare, rooted in Italian tradition. Our Executive Chef, Nial Day, creates authentic cuisine using the freshest, carefully selected ingredients and a passionate, creative approach to cooking. In the tradition of Italy’s renowned hospitality, guests can also arrive for brunch on Saturday and Sunday’s or remain late into the evening to dine, savour and celebrate.                   Once again, we enjoyed our pilgrimage to the kitchen of the Vatican. Parker, our server, was saintly. He served the hungry personably, attentively, and compassionately regarding one of our party's allergies. The drinks and spirits were heavenly. The Cannoli Cheesecake was sinfully decadent and delicious. We converted two new patrons to the fold.

                  Everyone enjoyed their lunch selection although my salad as well as my colleague's wee swimming in dressing.....please, less is better! Great spot for lunch with very attentive staff. I would definitely return!

                  I won't say much because there isn't much to say about this place other than GREAT food, GREAT service, GREAT ambiance and all for a decent price! Will be back!

                  Had a lovely evening out with friends. 3 of us had the Salmon with Olives the 4 had the lasagne. Portions were generous and tasty

                  Our daughter chose Vaticano Cucina to celebrate her 10th birthday. We love the ambience, the service and the amazing food! It’s a beautiful venue, but family friendly - a great place to take kids and have them experience dining out without a lot of pressure. We had a lovely little nook that made us feel like we were in our own area. Kids (13,12 and 10) love the pizza, but many other options to choose from.

                  The food (pizza and salmon) were fine, as was the service. However, the noise level did not make for make for pleasant dinner conversation. Consequently, we went elsewhere for dessert.

                  The restaurant has a nice feel to it! I loved the open space but it did contribute to the noise level being high. We brought our kids and they found it difficult to hear us when we spoke to them quietly. The food was lovely, lots of nice flavours and good choices. The kids loved watching them toss the pizza dough and put it in the open oven.
