Disappointed. Entertainment was boring. The cocktails were terrible. One bite of appetizers was enough. The desert was tiny and mediocre. Went back to our Carribbe Hilton were entertainment was great and people were dancing (it was on Saturday).

Although in the end we had a great night, our initial experience with the venue manager was very disappointing. The manager was arrogant, disrespectful and showed o interest in attending to our needs. The lady needs counseling on treating guests.

The Nutcracker themed show was nothing about the Nutcracker. It was just a Christmas themed music performance. It was good but a bit misleading... the food and the drinks were excellent though.

Went there for the Halloween party. It was much better than our expectations. We had the best time here out of all we did in San Juan this week. Great atmosphere, fantastic show, great music. Amazing performances. Couldn’t have asked for a better night
