Velvet is a hyperseasonal cocktail bar (no food) in Berlin Neukölln. It’s weekly changing cocktail menu reflects the flavours available from Berlin’s surrounding at the time of the year and has earned the bar the title "Bar of the Year Germany" twice by Mixology Magazine & No.77 in the World's 50 Best Bars Top 100 in 2023. After harvest on their regular foraging trips in and around Berlin, the team turns seasonal plants into liquids on the weekly Lab Day. The bar focusses on light spirits aswell as sake, madeira, sherry or dry vermouths, to leave space for the natural plant flavours to shine.

Hab mein Geburtstag gefeiert - war top! Außer Bar Menü konnten die Barmen alle Klassikern mischen oder eine gute Alternative anbieten.

Beautiful space with great atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive service, original drinks, all of them very well balanced and delicious. The prices are quite high but it is worth it.

Always a great place to come back to, one of THE great cocktail bars in the world, Berlin's Velvet never ceases to amaze with innovative, seasonal, concoction that change weekly, as well as various pop ups. The place it a must, and is consistent.

We had a fabulous time. Drinks and vibe were good. Nice after-dinner bar. Don’t go hungry, all they have are olives and nuts.

Superb! the menu changes every week, with local ingridients. They can serve half portions, so you can taste everything!

I’ve been to Velvet before and once they announced this Sips experience I knew I had to try it at least once. The drinks are always superb, and can be thoroughly enjoyed also in (not) such small amounts, everything accompanied by a generous amount of very good bread and butter. The service was also top notch.

Ich war zim ersten Male dort. Haben nur etwas getrunken aber bei der Bewertung musste ich das Essen auch bewerten. Die Kellnerin war super nett und hat über die Cocktails super informiert. Ich werde wieder hingehen!

Bartenders were exceptionally friendly, walked us through the process of making several of the drinks and provided small samplings of the various herbs and mixes. Quiet enough to have a conversation with a friend while having a good overall vibe. Very good drinks.
