   The short rib was not as tender as you would expect and my wife needed a steak knife to cut through the cod. Seasoning on the cod was also lacking. Had to ask for salt and pepper. We love the feel of the place and the people are nice, but the quality of the food no longer makes the price worth it.

   Truly enjoy dining at Veranda. Service is always top-notch. Food is prepared perfectly and many great choices.

   Veranda 's atmosphere and service were outstanding. Our table of six throughly enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent. Veranda has a very good happy hour. We highly recommend Veranda.

   A favorite dinner spot near Crocker Park. We were seated upstairs, which was perfect for us as it was quieter than the main floor. Beautiful Christmas decorations! Exceptional service and delicious food. We look forward to returning on our next visit to the Cleveland area.

   We've been going to Veranda for a few years now, 2-5 times a year. The atmosphere and food quality have declined. The pork I ordered looked amazing. The outside was great. It was cold and undercooked in the middle. A mistake I might make at home, but I don't expect from a professional kitchen. My wife got the special, it was quite bland despite the glowing description. One of the young people there to help clear tables, bring water, etc., was wearing shorts. Seemed a bit unprofessional for this tall young man to be wearing short, shorts. No one wants to see his legs during dinner.

   We had a party of 6. It was nice to be seated in an area that tables weren’t packed in with plenty of room around table. Drinks were served promptly. We ordered one appetizer that tasted and was presented ok. Our server told us she had other tables and we had to wait for 2nd drink orders. Menu was not up to date. We waited over an hour for our dinner orders to be taken. Server was openly rude and spoke horribly to us - repeatedly. We informed her we were leaving without ordering dinner and she actually threw the bill on our table. On our way out, I spoke with manager again. At one point, she had come over to the table and, in a not so friendly way, reason that the server was doing fine.She gave us a gift certificate to cover most of the bill - we’ll pass it along and won’t go back.

    Shared the Ceviche which was phenomenal. Presentation and taste exquiste. Each dish at our table was delicious and presented perfectly! Will definitely be returning!
