   We had a lovely dinner. Food and cocktails were very good. We had the burrata and the white beans as appetizers. I had the crab pasta and it was delicious. My husband thought the carnitas would be like pulled pork but it looked more like pieces of sausage. The waitress was nice but a bit in a hurry to take our orders. It was very noisy at arrival, but it calmed down a bit throughout the evening. They should invest in some noise reducing panels.

   Very pretty inside and nice quiet courtyard outside. Coconut Margarita and other drinks were delicious. Service was very prompt and personable. The dumpling and the Hamachi were good starters. The entrees ranged from amazing to not good in this order...Barbacoa, Carnitas, Chili de Paseo ( don't recommend at all, texture of stuffing was gross even though the ingredients sounded very good. ).

   I came to Verbena for brunch again, and as always, the food was incredible. This time, the calabaza cinnamon roll absolutely stole the show—it’s to die for! Paired with a great cup of coffee, it’s the perfect way to start the day. I also had the chilaquiles, which were packed with flavor and just the right amount of spice. Dawn provided excellent service, making our experience even more enjoyable. The weather was perfect for sitting on the patio, and the ambiance was just as wonderful. Verbena is my go-to spot whenever I want to treat myself—great service, delicious food, and a fantastic location. Highly recommend!

   Delicious dishes, beautiful ambiance, and great prices… It can’t get much better than that! I got the Roasted Chicken and it tasted so nostalgic and rich. I asked and they said it was made-to-order, but it truly tastes like it has been simmering in flavor for hours. I highly recommend!

   Servers were nice but our food took a really long time and it was not busy and the food looked nice but it was bland

   Overall an excellent experience. Crab pasta dish was very good. Octopus starter was probably best we’ve ever had, melted in your mouth so tender. Yucca fries with short ribs were very good although a little expensive for ribs. Cocktails were good except a little peeved that a regular lime margarita was more expensive than the specials. Would recommend eating there overall.
