   The setting is pretty and the service/staff was friendly and attentive. But the food was disappointing. It wasn’t bad. The food was ok. But considering the price it was skimpy. I had the harvest salad - I asked if it was entree size and was told if I added some protein it would be. The salad was small, lacked the cheese mentioned on the menu and was barely dressed. The added protein consisted of 4 average grilled shrimp costing $12 in addition to the $13 for the salad. My husband had the Monte Cristo sandwich with fries. The server told him that it did not come on thick slices of bread as some prepare it, but he didn’t mention that the slices of bread were also smaller than those from a normal loaf of bread. Again disappointing for $17. The blueberry waffles, also $17, were beautiful and tasty but lacked the lemon curd, pistachios or whipped cream as stated on the menu. Overall assessment - Disappointing. There are too many other places in our town that deliver what they promise so, for our family, I don’t expect that we will return.

   Vessel is space unto itself. Drinks and food were on the mark. Highly recommend.

   Messed up the order so I ate alone while my girlfriend waited on her food. Filet Mignon was subpar for price but the salmon with sweet potatoes was phenomenal. The manager went out of his way to make it right and was nice. The ambience is great.

   Drinks were terrific. BBQ shrimp as good as any in New Orleans. Desserts were terrific.

   Our waiter was great , cool place . Appetizers were good , cheese tray was the best . Entrees were ok , expected more for the price . Cocktails were really good . Probably would not return or recommend.

   Perfect brunch spot pre uptown parades during Mardi Gras! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Great food!

   Stunning architecture with classical fixtures due to the building once being a church. It’s recent history with the paranormal gives it a certain playful energy. We had attentive and engaging service. Our party throughly enjoyed our appetizers and entrees. The wall of backlighted array of liquor bottles was an art installment by itself. We had fun watching the manager take a ladder to retrieve a bottle of scotch we requested. It has been added to a yearly stops when we visit NOLA.
