Via Emilia 9 in Miami Beach, Florida is the first of its kind in this city. A regional Italian restaurant, Via Emilia 9 only serves menu items that have actually been imported from Italy (flour, eggs, fruits and vegetables being the only exceptions for good reason). The pasta here is made fresh daily from these Italian ingredients. You can even partake in truffle tastings to help better inform your palette.

While there are a number of great entr�es to choose from at Via Emilia 9, the stewed veal cooked in milk definitely stands out. The veal with cooked ham and cheese is another favorite.

The food lacked flavor. Pasta sauces were very bland. The veal Milanese was only okay. It has been more flavorful in the past.

Always the best. Authentic food from the Emilia-Romagna region. Home made pasta, freshest seafood. Melt in your mouth meat. Italian wine list fairly priced. Great owners and team who really care. Comfortable atmosphere.

The best Italian in Miami. The food is authentic and the pastas are off the charts amazing. They play the best music and the staff is wonderful.

From the moment we sat down we absolutely loved our dining experience Valentina was amazing and very attentive We enjoyed delicious glasses of red and white wines along with the fresh bread burratta Our main course was truffle tortellini and the special sausage bolognese with fresh made pasta Our deserts were outstanding The Nutella cookies and the gelato with crumbs

Truly authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed, grown-up setting with friendly and personal service. We had some of their signature dishes, including aged prosciutto with light greens and their unique “puffy” bread as an appetizer, followed by their tortellini en brodo and a lasagna. The food was fresh, handmade, and incredibly flavorful.
