   We were a party of eight. Not all plates arrived at the same time, which is always awkward. My food was not hot. The beef was not so tender, but if you order a steak, you should get a steak knife instead of a regular table knife.

   This dinner outing was to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday with our daughters. We had the perfect table in a secluded area good for conversation. The food as always was excellent. Service was above average. A great time was had by all.

   Took my son and daughter-in-law to Via Toscana for their birthdays. The food was really good, cocktails and wine very nice, and the service was excellent. The pricing was reasonable, and I will definitely go back another time.

   We were visiting Boulder for parents weekend at CU and this was ten minutes away and such a nice experience for our group of seven. The food and service are excellent and the ambience was also great. And the pricing was affordable on top of that.

   We have eaten at Via Toscana for many years and the service has always been excellent, except this time it was not up to the same caliber we were accustomed to from previous visits. The food was fine.

   We ordered salads, large pesto pizza, and bottle of wine from the weekly specials menu. Superb meal for a ridiculously low price!!! Via Toscana not only provides great food, but also an intimate quiet atmosphere (where you can hear your conversation!)

   Pleasant discovery. Reasonable prices. Attentive, professional staff. We would suggest that both the chicken saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese piccata would be better if served as two thinner chicken filets than as a thick breast.

    Normally an exceptional restaurant, the meals were not up to the usual standards. The chicken in the chicken parm and thechicken piccata and the eggplant in eggplant parm were overcooked. Service and drinks were outstanding.
