The restaurant was closed in New Year's Eve. Os course it was imposible to reprogram our plans at 20h15 of december, 31st. No respect at all.

Meine Frau und ich hatten für den Sylvesterabend eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten, die wir mit einer sms unsererseits bestätigen mussten. Man freue sich auf uns, lautete die Nachricht. Für den Fall des Nichterscheinens wurde eine Belastung meiner Kreditkarte in Höhe von 85 € angedroht. Als wir pünktlich am Restaurant eintrafen, war alles dunkel und verschlossen. Einem anderen Paar erging es ebenso. Eine ähnliche Alternative zu finden, war an dem Abend natürlich nicht mehr möglich. Ein schönes Jahresende! Immerhin wurde kein Betrag abgebucht! Bis heute erfolgte leider keine Reaktion des Restaurants auf meine Email oder Nachricht über Opentable. Sehr schade.

We booked for NYE at 7:00pm. We turned up at the restaurant and it was closed! Someone has forgotten to turn off the Opentable booking system or mark the restaurant as closed. Everywhere else was booked out and it was very disappointing to show to a closed restaurant having made a booking.

Ich war bereits im Dining Room, was ausgezeichnet war Bistro war leider nicht, wie ich erwartet hätte 3 Gänge und konnte keinen zu Ende essen… Ich hoffe, dies war nur eine Momentaufnahme, denn ich kenne das Restaurant und es ist grundsätzlich sehr gut…

We are at the downstairs ‘bistro’. Wonderful food artfully prepared, and great service. Happy to have this addition in our neighborhood. The menu is not huge, but offers a basic range of meat, fish, and veggie options.
