The food is consistently fantastic and so is the service (Thanks Dario!). The prime rib dinner on Sunday night is a great deal and always cooked exactly as you want it. Appetizers are all good and their Japanese milk bread is to die for! Just a great place for a great meal.

We had the combination dine-out and single entree. highly recommend the hamachi, steak poivre and the steelhead salmon. there is something quite genius about combining a beautifully delicate fish with a mild tzaziki and fingerling potato with real crab. fresh and lemony. i would have never thought to pair these flavours like this. amazing.

My wife and I were treated to a wonderful evening at the Victor. This was our wedding anniversary and the restaurant exceeded expectations. They congratulated us several times throughout the evening and made it really special. The food and service was truly five star. We’ll remember this dining experience for a long time.

We ordered our steaks as medium rare but it seems like we both got a medium well steak. Besides, the table next to us seems like they were in a group catering or team dinner setting which was a bit loud throughout the whole night. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We came for Dine Out Vancouver 2025. The service and ambiance was very good. Our waiter was very attentive and kept checking on us. The food though was where I would deduct points as our steak was chewy and overcooked. Both desserts were too sweet.
