The professionalism of the staff, and the smoothness of the whole dinner experience was excellent. Our waiter was responsive, helpful, and engaging. The food was excellent. Pricey but no more so than other similar restaurants. Had a great overall experience.

Our sever was great, food was delicious. My only complaint is that the music was just a tad loud and made it difficult to hear everyone in our group of 4

Unique meandering path from the hotels 6 th floor takes you to the restaurants oversized front door. The Victor has a relaxed elegance. Table service was attentive, knowledgeable without feeling over serviced. Set menu for circus soleil show had good choices and so scrumptious. Overall I would definitely come back

The brunch buffet. The main brunch items included in the buffet is incredible. We had crab cake Benny and French toast. Both are amazing, but the buffet items are not that impressive. We saw in 2023 there was more items on the seafood. Now we get small cups of civiche and small sushi. The honey ham and prime rib is OK, but not impressive. The honey ham was on the dry side. Surprisingly, we actually love the Brussel sprout. Pastry is not impressive. Candy bar was ridiculous but I think kids will like it, not us. We ordered drip coffee, and it tasted like coffee water, so swapped for latte, which is much better. Overall, I think if Victor only sell their brunch menu, I would come back because they are actually good. The buffet was not worth the value, in my opinion. Service is great though.

Our guests were very impressed with all the food and exceptional service . Our one guest had many food allergies and our waiter was “ the best she had ever experienced “ to looking after her May allergies. We were all quite impressed again.

Honestly the best meal and dining experience I have had, possibly ever. Prepare to have your tastebuds tempted and your taste bud palette satiated. Our waiter was Christopher who was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and wines (huge selection). We followed his suggestions and were not disappointed with the crab cake appetizer, the Baratta salad, the dinner and wine pairings, the dessert and digestives. Would highly recommend. It was a rainy fall evening so could not enjoy the terrace but it would be beautiful on a warm evening.
