Looking out over Quadra Park and just a few steps from the inner harbor, Victoria Harbour House in Victoria, British Columbia is a wonderful place to bring family or friends. With a regular dining room, as well as private dining options, it is a fine dining experience not to be missed. Starters on the menu at Victoria Harbour House include plenty of fresh seafood and unique dishes like escargots bourguignon, carpaccio and an array of wonderful soups, bisques and salads.     Harbour House has been our go-to restaurant for over 40 years. It never has disappointed us. The lamb rack was exceptionally tasty, particularly the au jus! The steak & lobster was also well presented & delicious. Our server, James, was extremely personable, knew the menu well, and took care of us at every turn. Congratulations Harbour House on your reopening after a devastating flood, and the first class menu & service you’ve been so well known for!

    It was a spectacular and quaint location. Our server Bob is what makes the meal great. Great job guys.

    Food was very well prepared and presented. Service was excellent, friendly, professional and timely. Ambience was very pleasant and the music was excellent. The room was quiet enough to hold a conversation over dinner, a nice change!

    the service was above reproach, James was excellent and remembered us from last few times we where there. The décor and atmosphere was warm and relaxing, which made it better to enjoy the great food that was cooked to perfection. I do like the small touches that they did in renovation the restaurant to match what was before, like the rug. between the great food and service they made us feel like VIP. We just want to say Thank you for giving us a great experience.

    Lovely place with outstanding service (ask for Bob - he's great). Portions at these prices are a little stingy, however.

    The ambiance was delightful. Service was great. The food was ok. Old fashion drinks were not good. Not sure why trout was not tasty. Will not order again. Steak and lobster plates were good.
