Victors Afternoon Tea is available on a pre-booked basis, 12pm until 4:30pm Monday to Sunday with bookings made 24 hours in advance for £32.50 per person.

We were told on arrival that the booking had not been made. This was despite my proof of booking. The lady on reception proceeded to inform me that they would honour the booking as they were dead that evening. Good knows what would have happened if they had been busy and my booking did not appear on their system. I was asked in a knowing glance "did you book on line" I said yes and she nodded as if she was doing me a massive favour. What a shame food was excellent customer service was like shopping in home bargains! Do better Victor's you are too expensive for poor customer service
