Food, drinks, & ambiance were great but the bad service put a damper on our night. Unfortunate because this place is great just needs some major improvement on service and how they handle reservations.

We waited 45 minutes to receive our food and once we received it, some of our items were hot and some of our items were cold which made it difficult to enjoy. When I reserved, I was prompted to let them know what we were celebrating so I listed a birthday since that was the occasion, but that was not acknowledged at any time during our stay. Food was extremely overpriced for the experience we had. The only good thing was the bar in the back because the DJ was really good and overall ambiance was great. Overall, I wouldn’t come back for the food, but I’d come back to enjoy a drink at Busy Signal. I wanted to have good food for my birthday, so I’m disappointed that I wasted a night here and $145 for only 2 people and only 1 of us had alcoholic drinks. Ridiculous.

My wife and I were able to get a reservation the same day as the dinner which was nice. The food was overall quite tasty and the ambiance was on point with what they were going for. for 6 pm on a Saturday this was very much a spot to be in for a date night. Our only hiccup was my entree came out 12 minutes before my wife's did. Our server did not stop by to let us know that the kitchen was running behind, nor had we talked to her about splitting entrees and coursing them out. We just got her food pretty late and then it took a bit before we could get boxes and get out. I would like to come back but I would request a different waitress.

Great vibes and food. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also not too crowded and from what I’ve been told there is a speak easy towards the back. Definitely will be going back.

Food was deLICious but took a while to get to us and was cold once it did. Server was very nice but service was sloooow. There was a big party in the back room so they may have been understaffed but that should be planned for. Atmosphere was perfection - dark and sleek with sexy lighting. Guitarist was aMAZing but that made it a little loud and I felt a bit like I was yelling at my friend as we talked. Will definitely be back and hope to have a better experience.

I love the look and atmosphere but the service wasn’t great. They provide you a menu with 80% of it you can’t buy or they ran out of. And then you’re completely limited on food and cocktails. I wanted the short rib mac and they said they’re only serving chicken and fries. I’m like then provide a menu stating that. I asked for a specific cocktail, she stated oh we don’t have that either and then they serve your drinks in plastic cups instead of the glasses that the drinks are suppose to come in. Because now I’m mad, we were there for a hour and left. We waited 20-30 min for our first drinks, had to wait on our table after making reservations. They need to do better with service
