Gorgeous location for a celebration. We dared to venture out to a fine dine location with our toddler and chose The View on a friends recommendation. Our request for lounge seating with a fire pit were fulfilled as soon as we reached. The servers were excellent with us and our child too. Drinks and food were amazing! Our toddler threw a fit during the last 15 mins of our meal there and although we were melting away in embarrassment, the staff didn’t react to it all, which I think was great and respectable. Cannot wait to go back.

Hadn't been to Vea since the remodel from being a Marriott. They did a great job and we enjoyed the experience more than the Pendry (another nice hotel/restaurant in Fashion Island). Beautiful sunset views, quiet ambiance, nice staff, good food. Works for me.

Quiet lunch with a beautiful view. They have a small brunch menu but if you ask for things off the regular breakfast and lunch they accommodate very well.

Fun spot...food really good. Portion sizes quite large. I was worried about the kitchen speed based on other reviews and it was very much a problem. Took 20-30 minutes for appetizers to come out after ordering. What makes it so surprising is that I would expect they would want to turn tables. It was crowded and a faster kitchen would have made everyone's life better. Will go back but will remind waiter about speed when we sit down.

Beautiful view. Beautiful hotel. Food was good. Better than typical hotel restaurant but not phenomenal where you’ll remember it forever. Service was fantastic and great ambiance.

Wonderful experience. We celebrated a birthday and Jay, Tony and Johnny were very attentive and gave great service. Best place on Newport Beach

My first time for dinner there. Loved the ambiance, food (sea bass), our waiter was awesome! Will be back!

Service was excellent! Angie was amazing, she was the light of the experience. She was very attentive at all times. Also, the other staff showed the same level of service. Would absolutely recommend. The ambiance adds to the experience as well.
