Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar features creative Italian-inspired dishes using the fresh seafood and game meats. It offers at least four different organic specialties a day. Try its pan seared foie gras with grilled Portobello mushrooms and Belgium endive, its pheasant breast that is lightly seasoned and pan roasted and served with roasted chipollini and mushrooms, or a combination of caribou and lamb chops marinated with fresh garlic and rosemary drizzled with a honey rosemary demi-glaze. Other organic game meats served are antelope, elk, ostrich, kangaroo and wild boar. Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar has a full-service bar with its signature creations as well as traditional cocktails. It also has happy hour specials for food and drink on weekdays from 4 to 6 p.m. Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar is perfect for large parties and special events with its separate lunch, dinner, hors d’oeuvres and catering menu.

Overall experience was good. Waiter seemed inexperienced but friendly. Everyone enjoyed their dinners except one, but it was his fault for ordering an everyday steak at a restaurant known for exotic game and Italian specialties. They did try to fix it, and took it off the bill, so it was an overall good experience.

Enjoyable date night location. Great services, good value for meal. Portions are not the biggest but still enough to feel like a good deal. Overall, would recommend - but would advise to put in a reservation on the weekends!

The food was bland. Ordered mussels in white sauce for an appetizer. They had very little flavor and the mussels were stringy and overcooked. However there was a good quantity. For our entrees we had Chicken Marsala and Chicken Parmesan with penne pasta. The chicken Marsala sauce was thick brown and bland with mushrooms. It was more like a Salisbury steak sauce. The Chicken parmigiana was overcooked and rubbery with an odd flavor to the cheese. The cost of the dishes were reasonable. What was not reasonable was that they charged 4 dollars for the penne. The waiter said if we would have selected spaghetti noodle it would have come with the meal. The menu does say you get a potato and veggie or pasta with the meal. But if you choose penne be aware you may be charged 4 dollars for a small bowl. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere wish the food was better.

Restaurant is old and tired. Pasta was overcooked and food was expensive for the quality. Won’t go back.

Hosted lunch for the companies executives and Board Members visiting from various locations. All were impressed with the food options and noted that the meals were delicious. The place was empty given it had just opened for the day which was nice. The group noted service was also excellent, and overall were very pleased with their visit to Villa Barolo. We will utilize their services again in the future!

Amazing Food! Have dinned here often and am always taken back at Chef Lo's offerings! Very highly recommend this restaurant and wine bar! You will never be disappointed!

We really enjoy this restaurant , I ordered the lamb lollipops appetizer and the gnocchi which was perfect for me. My spouse ordered the scallops and linguine. For dessert we shared tiramisu which is delicious and just the right portions for us to share and have a little something sweet at the end of the meal.

I have not been there for years and was pleasantly surprised. The food and service were excellent. Menu options were terrific. The decor is a bit dated, and the atmosphere could have been more lively. But overall, it was a great dining experience.
