   This was my first experience at Vince Lombardi’s steakhouse. When we arrived, we waited 15 minutes to be greeted by anyone because the hostess was serving double duty also as a server as we learned later. At 6:30 we started with our hors d’oeuvres and waited until somewhere between eight and 830 before we finally got our main entrée. Our waiter Chase was very helpful and very professional, but the rest of the staff was obviously not on the same page. The food was quite good but the service to get the food to us and also after or trying to order two different bottles of wine that were not on the menu we settled for something we found after they brought out additional wine list. It’s unfortunate because this place could be very, very nice yet. We were extremely disappointed at this time I would not recommend spending the money to go there.    Our steaks were over cooked (we ordered medium rare and they came out well done). We ordered a bottle of wine and it took them 30 minutes to look for it and then when our food came out, they informed us they couldn’t find our bottle of wine in the cellar. The food is definitely over priced for the quality. I wouldn’t go back.

   Best steakhouse in Appleton by far. They also have an exceptional display of Lombardi memorabilia on display. Great service, great bourbon selection as well.

   Anyone who loves the Green Bay Packers needs to visit this restaurant. It combines Legendary coach Vince Lombardis memorabilia with a top-notch dining experience. Wonderful steaks and seafood and great service.

   The food was the highlight of our experience. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday & I informed everyone we interacted with. We made reservations through Open Table (also indicated birthday celebration) and we were asked to wait a few minutes since we arrived early. We were seated at our reservation time, despite several empty tables. After waiting for about ten minutes, a server introduced herself to let us know that our server was busy. She took our beverage order and came back about 10 minutes later to tell us that the bartender became busy with other orders and that we were not forgotten. Another 5 minutes later, our server came to make the introduction & we informed him that our beverage order was placed. We then placed our order, which he forgot an item & we asked for it to be removed from the bill. The service is the only thing that significantly lacks with our experience tonight. There were several times that we were told he would be right back to bring us water, a container, and the bill with each time taking close to 10 minutes. I'm also disappointed that they didn't even offer or provide anything to celebrate my husband's birthday (despite informing 3 different staff). The food was delicious. The dessert menu does not list prices either, which added almost $30 to our bill for 2 items.
