Our estate grown wines are primarily of the Bordeaux varietals. To create the type, style, and quality the finest farming, cultivation, stock, and soil are employed. Importantly, with an exceptional winemaker committed to our vision we offer the following for your enjoyment

Cabernet Sauvignon
Hold on to your taste buds as this beauty will dance all over your mouth! Bursts of ripe black cherry, blackberry and currents come alive while the oak inserts toffee, clove and vanilla notes. The palate is welcomed by fine tannins and the finish is silky and round. Varietal Content: 99% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 0.7% Estate Cabernet Franc, 0.3% Estate Merlot. Appellation: Santa Ynez Valley. Alcohol: 14.50%. Titratable Acidity: 0.60 g/100ml. pH: 3.72. Residual Sugar: 0.02 g/100ml. Clone: 191, 337, 4 and See. Winemaking: De-stemmed, cold soaked, open top fermentation, punch down, 100% Malolactic fermentation
Cabernet Franc
This exquisite wine fills your nose with berry compote, lavender, vanilla and sweet cigar box leading your palate into elegant tannins balanced with white pepper, cloves and violets. Well developed, mouth filling flavors of lush ripe berries and spicy earth aromas give this wine an incredible soft round palate with a long elegant finish. Varietal Content: 100% Estate Cabernet Franc. Appellation: Santa Ynez Valley. Alcohol: 13.50%. Titratable Acidity: 0.58 g/100ml. pH: 3.53. Residual Sugar: 0.04 g/100ml. Clone: 332. Winemaking: De-stemmed, cold soaked, open top fermentation, punch down, 100% Malolactic fermentation
Syrah
Ripe juicy cherries and blackberries burst onto your palate with sexy contrasting characters of exotic spices of vanilla and sweet cigar box. Dark fruits and raspberries combine with hints of rose petals. With an enduring length and velvety tannins, tight acidity lengthens the lush body. Varietal Content: 100% Estate Syrah. Appellation: Santa Ynez Valley. Alcohol: 15.00%. Titratable Acidity: 0.62 g/100ml. pH: 3.72. Residual Sugar: 0.01 g/100ml. Clone: 383. Petit Verdot
This wine begins with pure concentrated characteristics of plums, blackberries, rhubarb, earth, leather, cedar and molasses. Dense fully ripe tannins grip your palate with this wines juicy mouth feel and long lingering finish. This is a dense full-bodied true to varietal style gem. Varietal Content: 99% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon. Appellation: Santa Ynez Valley. Alcohol: 14.50%. Titratable Acidity: 0.59 g/100ml. pH: 3.61. Residual Sugar: 0.06 g/100ml. Clone: 400. V Cuvee
Intense aromas of ripe dark berries, Bing cherries and black fruits fill your glass. Combined with layers of cinnamon, pipe tobacco and vanilla, gives this wine a velvety texture and a framework of elegant tannins. Varietal Content: 59% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Estate Merlot, 12% Estate Cabernet Franc, 1% Estate Petit Verdot. Appellation: Santa Ynez Valley. Alcohol: 14.80%. Sauvignon Blanc
This wine exhibits aromas and flavors of citrus with tropical notes that lead into florals of honeysuckle and peach blossom that dance on the tongue. Hints of lemon, lime zest, peach and stone fruits play on your palate with undertones of spice. Medium-light bodied and silky with a bright, crisp finish. Vincent Vineyards always knocks it out of the park with great wine, excellent service, and a good selection of cheese boards and HOUSE MADE CHOCOLATES (we can never leave without enjoying a few of there flavors).
