We had a very poor experience. Service was slow, we were seated for 20 minutes before we got the water we asked for. It took another 10 for him to bring out a glass of Coke. Food didn’t arrive all at once, it came in 5-10 minute intervals and mine didn’t arrive until everyone was almost finished. In total, it took more than an hour after we were seated to receive all of our food. The server did discount and comp some so that was appreciated but it was an overall poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Great experience for our group of 10. The service was fantastic and the food was tasty. The atmosphere contributed to a really fun time.

Restaurnt is right by the lobby - which makes for cold breezes none of us were served at the same time we had to remind them 3 times for the one meal

Extremely crowded and was understaffed. Food was delicious and venue is conveniently in the lobby of the hotel.

Once we got seated, everything was great. The problem was that we had an Open Table reservation for 5:30 but did not get seated until after 6:00. There was a long line at the hostess desk and everyone in front of us also had reservations. The only reason we even got seated around 6:10 was because the 3-4 groups in front of us gave up and went elsewhere. I understand things happen and people call off, but I was most disappointed at the lack of acknowledgment by the hostess. She never checked in on the line, never apologized for the wait, never offered a free drink from the bar while we waited, etc. Zero acknowledgement whatsoever that we waited for 40 mins even with a reservation or that we even had a reservation. But once we got seated, our waitress was great, quick… burger and fries were great. I might give this place one more try but if there is a wait again, I wouldn’t go back. Too many restaurants in that area to choose from.

They really should be transparent on Open Table that this is a hotel bar. It is not a free standing restaurant. The poor person working behind the bar was overwhelmed with really just a few customers, but just enough where someone helping him would be have been good. There were three other associates working behind the check in desk who did not have a clue in the world what was happening at the bar. Don't bother with this place unless you are desperate.

We ate here before the Billy Joel concert at OSU stadium. We expected it to be busy, so we made a reservation ahead of time. The staff was courteous, the food and drinks good. The restaurant opens up into the lobby of Sonestra hotel, which was in total chaos. Long lines of people waiting to check into the hotel remained during our meal, which made it a bit noisy (our table was right by the lobby). Cudos to the staff that day (I only saw 2 people on the floor)! They kept the restaurant running smoothly while the hotel reservation staff tried to keep the line flowing! It had to be a long day!!!

I paid $26 for a mediocre cobb salad with chicken. We waited over 45 minutes for a salad, sandwich, and wings! The restaurant wasn't even busy.
