   Overcooked steak, overcooked shrimp, cold broccolini. Booth was broken. Seat literally caved in and had to move. Hostess said, “Yeah, that one is broken.” Wonder why they seated us there? Total dud. Won’t go back.

   Our server was great for it being his first day but he received no help from his colleagues for a 10-top. I saw who seemed to be a manager walking around and not really doing anything. Server would be great if the staff, bar and kitchen would have been on his side. Food was just alright. Everyone who got the steak frites said it was way too salty and ate very little of the food. Very not what we expected for our attempt to treat our clients to a nice dinner.

   We had an amazing experience! Fallon went above and beyond, taking excellent care of us the entire time. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were spot on. I highly recommend this place—it’s definitely worth a visit

   Server was very nice, executive chef came and spoke to us and made a suggestion for my vegitarian wife. Everything was great.

   Service was a bit slow and the place was not crowded at all. Ambience was amazing especially with the live jazz player. Food was great, drinks are a bit over priced.

    It was my first time at Vines Grille and Wine Bar, celebrating my birthday and it wasn't what I expected. The service was ok. The server was a little forgetful and I assumed that maybe she was very busy, but the restaurant was pretty much empty for a Saturday night. I was disappointed that for an upscale restaurant, the dress code was not up to par and soliciting was allowed. On the other hand, the food was good and the live music was a nice complement.
