   It started very well. Service staffs are constantly checking with us if we like the food, drinks or if we needed anything. We got our Cocktails, Oysters and Burrata served upon arrival. However, they served the Main dish eventhough they haven’t served our Starters. We told the waitress and she checked at the back and came back to us saying that they had a mix up on the table orders. We agreed to their request if we can eat the Main first, and they will serve the Starters after it. After we had our Mains— which tastes fantastic, this is where it went downhill. The staff came back to us twice as the Chef wants to confirm if we really did not receive our Starters, even asking us to tell them what we have had. Altho the staff was very polite, the thought of being interrogated as a paying guest, who made and prepaid the Valentines meal in advance, such a shame! They already admitted in the first place on the mix up. Instead of sorting it out at the back or ask their servers if they want to reconfirm, they chose to interrupt us— their guests on this kind of mistake. To be honest, we didn’t even feel like eating anything that they are going to serve us after that. An almost $300 course menu which is supposed to be served perfectly on this special day went into a not so pleasant experience. Not the kind of experience we are looking forward from a 5 Star Hilton brand. Half of our time was spent talking about the different feelings we have for that incident. We left the place with a heavy feeling on a Valentine’s day- a supposedly romantic and special date. Such a waste as food and service staff are worth complementing. But the total experience is worth this lengthy review.

   Totally disappointed, never come back again, food is not good, poor service

   Servings are small compared to other fine dining experience we had in Brisbane.

   Buffet breakfast was delish. An array of foods to eat and also specially cooked to your liking if you wish. Attendees were obliging and nothing was a bother for them.

   Well!! We got a drink and entree within 30 mins, then nothing….. no more drinks or any sign of our mains. After tracking down a waitress, she took our drinks order , half the drinks come , the other half , no . We waited and waited , after 1.30 hrs we went to the counter and asked if our meal’s were coming as everyone else that came in after us has been feed . They told us they were doing ours then . When they finally arrived , we were less one side …. They did offer us a round of free drinks . That was great as we were still waiting on half the drinks we ordered about 20 mins prior . The food was nice .

   Service was superb and staff friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious.

   Had an amazing dining experience! The ambiance was cozy, and the staff was incredibly attentive. I tried the scallops it was delicious and beautifully presented. The flavors were well-balanced, and everything tasted fresh. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy quality food and a pleasant atmosphere!” I am really happy that i celebrated my birthday to Vintage bar

   Vintage is our absolute go to in Brisbane!! The breakfast options are incredibly diverse, the food is fresh and the service fantastic. Cannot fault Vintage!!

   We celebrated Melbourne Cup in a largish group. Sitting within the restaurant created a a private atmosphere. It was very easy to watch the racing on large screens. The set menu was excellent and catered for all tastes. The food itself was delicious and well presented. We had a couple of late arrivals and the staff adapted to this. For our group, the celebration was very special.

    Melbourne Cup lunch really nice and staff very attentive however Vintaged Bar & Grill advertised lucky door and fashion prizes. Did have lucky door but no fashion prizes, disappointing as you do get dressed up to attend a Melbourne Cup lunch and the first time I have ever been to a Melbourne Cup lunch that there was no best dressed prize. They need to honour what they advertise and I did mention it to the staff but the manager only said it was an oversight. I also pay cash when the venue adds a surcharge but was told they only take cards. Actually I think this is illegal to refuse cash. So instead 43c was added to my $21;50 drink. Not a happy customer.
