    Excellent, attentive service. Excellent food and drink. The biscuits and fried green tomatoes made wonderful appetizers. The catfish was perfectly cooked with a nice amount of spice to accentuate the fish's flavor. The pork steak and short rib were very tender and flavorful.

    I am from Wisconsin. I was born into the cheese, molded by it, and the Mac and Cheese at Virtue might be the best I've ever had in my entire life. Incredibly rich but so tasty that you can't stop eating it. Then there was the rest of the menu, every dish was absolutely outstanding. No notes, believe the hype.

    Virtue is consistently excellent! The quality of the food l, drinks, and service is high. Love the fried green tomatoes, Mac and cheese, and blackened catfish!

    I took my mom here and she absolutely loved it.  The food was fresh, delightful and reminder her of her grandma’s cooking. One of the best restaurants in Chicago.

    Our dinner was amazing! The selection, the tastes, and the historical connections one of a kind. The chefs are so talented, the servers so great and fun, and the ambiance perfect! Will be back!
