Felt very disrespected when the manager insisted that my service dog has to be in a cage. He is task-trained to mitigate a disability, how can he do that from a cage. When I mentioned that that requirement is illegal, he said that's our restaurant rules. And we will seat you away. ADA law states that you are not allowed to treat people with disabilities any differently than other guests. I will file a complaint with the DOJ so that they can be more aware of ADA laws.

Overall it was a good experience aside from the valet parking, there was a line where you had to wait around 30 minutes to get into the parking lot and be lucky enough to find a spot. More employees at the valet parking would help a lot

Horrible. The menu sucked, for a valentine’s day dinner I had high expectations. Stop conditioning people to what you want them to eat, cause you overbooked the place with “ 1000” guests and everyone has to eat the same thing cause the kitchen is “ overwhelmed”. Its ridiculous and i’m never going back.

My famiyl and I had an amazing time! I celebrated by mom's 70th birthday at Vistamar and it exceeded my expectations. My mom was really happy with the venue. The entertainment is top-tier! The food was plentiful and delicious, I opted for the pre-fixed menu as I was playing for all the guest. The waitress, Yisell was super attentive to all of us and was so amazing. My mom felt special on her day and that is all I could ask for! I definitely recommend this place! No one in my party has anything negative to say.
