   Mussel “soup” was a pot of mussels so far surpassed my expectations portion wise and the taste was so good. One of the best red sauce mussel pots we’ve ever had. Lemon lobster pasta was very good as well. Espresso martini was great too. Service was great, a little slower than America but that’s to be expected on all of Turks. Everything was great. I would go back again and try more dishes splitting them with my wife.

   THE BEST RESTAURANT IN TURCS AND CAICOS VERY MUCH COMPARABLE TO THE TOP ITALIAN RESTAURANTS IN NYC BUT WITH THE VIEWS LIKE IN SARDINIA OR SANTORINI ATTENTIVE SERVICE VERY QUIET CHEF IS OUTSTANDING WE ARE GOING BACK TONIGHT CHEERS

   Perfect ribeye for 2, and zucchini appetizer. We got a take home order of the porchetta as we had loved it so much earlier in the week. Unfortunately they left out the deliciously interesting side salad that had complemented the pork so well. Didn’t realize til day after (today) and it would be inconvenient to drive back. I wouldn’t refuse a credit however.

   Vita is exemplary. Hands down the best restaurant on Turks & Caicos from location/setting to service to the execution of a wonderful menu. We enjoyed the mussel soup which was beautifully presented and wonderfully fragrant, the peerless porchetta, the local lobster tail over lemon pasta and the spaghetti ala vongole with tender whole in shell clams. Absolutely memorable in ALL categories. So good in fact that we booked a reservation for the following night before we left.

   Spectacular setting. Felt like being in the Amalfi coast. Try the lemon spaghetti with lobster. Divine.

   The atmosphere and food are great. The service still needs work! Once our dinner was served, our waiter never came to our table again to check on us. We were never asked if we wanted dessert, coffee, or more drinks. The bill was just dropped at the table and then we had to get the waiter's attention to pick up and process the bill.

   One of our best meals ever on Provo and a beautiful setting worth navigating to. The most unique was the porchetta that came with a side salad of fennel, endive, etc. Really complemented the crispy edged pork. Wines were the standard island-inflated and not that flavorful. But Jonathan our server was charmingly sincere and eager. Planning to return.

    Great views and drinks at the cave bar. Food was subpar and service was abysmal. We had a 7:15 reservation, sat at 7:50, weren’t given menus until 8:15 when we got up and took them ourselves because they forgot about us. Food was not worth the price. Many restaurants on the island have much higher quality food and service. Don’t fall into the trap of having dinner just because there is a pretty view. See the view, have a drink, and get out of there!
