   A Huge Thank You to Vito’s Chop House and JC! Tonight, I had what was probably the best dining experience of my life, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Vito’s Chop House in Orlando, but especially to JC, whose service was absolutely outstanding. At 44 years old, after visiting countless restaurants, I can confidently say that this meal will remain unforgettable. The attention to detail, professionalism, kindness, and dedication to making every moment perfect went far beyond my expectations. JC, you embody top-tier service at its finest! Thank you again for this unforgettable evening. I wholeheartedly recommend Vito’s Chop House and can’t wait to return!

   We enjoyed our meal and especially celebrating a special anniversary, but would I go back to Vito's? Probably not. Our service was wonderful, so let's get that out of the way. The restaurant was also pretty and classy enough for a special night. But the food was kind of a mixed bag and definitely way over priced. It's one thing to do the classics really well, it's another to be both kind if boring and forgettable. The food highlights were the appetizers- we had the mozzarella app and the carpaccio. Both were solid and we enjoyed them. Our steaks were not served hot, so that's a pretty big let down when you're wanting an expensive steak. The truffle pasta was equal parts too rich and somehow too bland. The tiramisu was a great size for sharing but nowhere near the best we've had. All in all it was the kind of experience you might have at a place that's 1/3 the price.
