With a menu that changes with the harvest of the season and the catches from the streams, Volario’s surprises the palate with both local produce and faraway flair. As you savor the rustic and robust flavors from the mountainous regions of northern Italy, we invite you to sit back with a nice Chianti and reflect on your day in the majestic mountains here.

Our dishes are hearty and adventurous, much like Volario himself. The legend in the Grand Valley is as old as the pines that shade the creek. Volario wasn’t from these parts. Like many of us, he visited and couldn’t imagine leaving.

                  Our food came out almost 45 minutes after ordering, and when it did arrive, it was cold. There were very few people at the restaurant, we aren’t sure why. Our waiter did offer to reheat it but we declined should it have taken another 45 minutes — he remove an item from our ticket, but we would have rather had a hot meal and paid the full bill.

                  Volarios is our favorite special occasion restaurant in the valley. Pasta to steak even the pomegranate salad are all outstanding. Cozy atmosphere, warm professional service. It should not be missed when you are in Winter Park

                  A night out at Volarios is a special experience. We enjoyed all our food but the stars were the meatballs, pomodoro lasagna and affogatos. The service was great and I particularly appreciated how well they paced our meal so we could enjoy our night and not feel rushed.

                  Kirby (server) was great. Lots of food, come hungry, you'll love it. Ceaser salad was slightly overdressed for me, arugula salad was perfect for my wife.
