We came at the end of one persons shift and the beginning of another. This is a traditional trip to wagamama we do every year at a similar time and for whatever reason the transition to a different server always is subpar. We are often forgotten about. Thing most recent time we could have walked out on our bill the folks were so inattentive/unaware we needed to continue service.

I think the staff was off because we've been to this particular Wagamama several times and never had a problem. This time, it took awhile, but 3 dishes came out first (for 3 out of 4 kids), and they were halfway done eating before 3 sets of baos came out for 2 adults and the 4th kid, and everyone was completely done eating before my tantanmen beef brisket ramen came out (over one hour from when we were seated). I had to ask the waitress who told me twice that my ramen was coming. The manager finally came over to apologize and tell me that he was taking the ramen off our bill. That said, the ramen was very good, and I would order it again. One friend ended up ordering another dish (Chicken Katsu Curry) so I wouldn't have to eat alone, and that dish came out quickly. Presentation of food is always very good at Wagamama.

Service was good, but the food was terrible. Soggy crispy rice and beef brisket with bbq sauce basically poured on top. Not good.

Reliable, great food, easy breezy after initial drama of seating our huge party together with my son who needed mobility access. Worked out and the staff was great.

The coconut margarita was not it. 4 of 5 people had and we all paid but barely drank it. Tastes like coconut sunscreen. Otherwise service was good but shockingly empty for a Friday night. Not the fun vibe / ambiance it used to be and prices have gone up.
