Our server Hannah really made our experience great. She was very kind and attentive, was knowledgeable on the menu options, and was able to give great suggestions that were delicious. The food was very good and perfectly filling.

this was my first time visiting a Wagamama location & i was very satisfied! i am vegan & was able to choose from a few different options like the avant gard'n & cauliflower bites as an appetizer. really good food, would definitely like to come back!

Great service and food. I believe the young lady's name was Jenny that was our waitress. She was phenomenal and made the experience that much better

Service was not great. All of my food came out before my friend’s. She had to wait like 5 minutes for her food while I ate mine. We were mostly ignored by our waitress, and it was hard to get refills of water and to pay the check. Ramen was good but lukewarm. Remember it being better in the past.

The Restaurant Week menu was an incredible value. The food was absolutely delicious and interesting. Our server was charming and helpful. The service all around was great starting with the people at the host station. I have a problem with my leg that made sitting at a table with an immovable bench too challenging. They took us to two different tables until they found one that worked. No hint of impatience. This is sadly uncommon. I can’t wait to return.

Highly recommend. We were all happy with our meals. Excellent service, good sized portions and good variety of meals to choose from. Our go to place when we go to City Center

Great deal for restaurant week! Delicious entrees, shareable and dessert! Great variety for all tastes. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Fast and courteous service. Went before a show would definitely go back!

Server and food were great but the apps and drinks and food arrived all at the same time. I had to send my dinner back and requested for a later table delivery. Just a little bit of timing between apps and main meal. Will return. Thanks.

Terrible experience. Sticky floors. Sticky table. Staff repeatedly bringing drinks to our table that we didn’t order. Water was requested but forgotten. Once appetizers were finished, delay in busing table and we were asked if we ready for dessert without having the main course. Dessert was taken out of the freezer and still half frozen. Poor experience all around. Won’t be returning or recommending.
