    The best food ever!!! pity the experience is spoiled by a very average service, food arrives fast but it takes forever to get the wine, wobbly and unclean table... Just go there for the food, not for the experience.

    Wagyu Ya looked great on the posted pictures, good reviews but overall disappointing experience. The downside tired and worn, service was very poor, clearly too many tables for the staff and kitchen. Food was mediocre at best and disappointing given the prices. Looking around there were alot of people in a similar position. I'm not sure what everyone else's experience has been here but in my experience there are much better options elsewhere for the money.

    The tables were very close together so it was a bit strange to spend Valentine’s Day nestled up with other couples. The service was really poor. Paying $11.50 for water you are offered at the beginning of the night is kind of insane. This is the kind of place that you go to once to take off a list to say yep I’ve gone to it and then never go to again.

    I booked my table well in advance for Valentine's Day, knowing it would be a very busy night. Although I expected some delays, the service was below average, we had to ask several times before anyone attended to us. Our table was placed in a corner next to a waiting area where couples rotated every five minutes, which felt quite odd. I had anticipated seating in the upstairs area (as shown in the photos), but we were seated downstairs, which was less appealing. Overall, while the evening was acceptable, the service issues and seating arrangement were disappointing. It might help if the restaurant either reduced the number of bookings or hired more staff for such busy nights.

    The quality of food was OK, but in my opinion a bit expensive for this type of restaurant. My main issue was that the photos on OpenTable did not match the atmosphere at the restaurant. I was expecting a classy, romantic atmosphere to celebrate a special occasion and ended up with a noisy infant and two small children at the table next to us. I have nothing against children in the restaurant, jus that I did not expect them in this restaurant. All food that we ordered came almost at once and it could hardly fit on the table.

    My son and I went for Christmas Lunch and had a unique experience. The staff were lovely and very accommodating of our ignorance. They happily showed us what to do with the BBQ, making it a great experience. The food was very delectable and surprisingly tasty.
