   It was the perfect break from the craziness of Christmas shopping. It was beautiful, peaceful, delicious. The wait staff was gracious and helpful. The scones were exceptional and the variety of both the sweet and savory items was excellent. The glass of champagne, the harpist, and including the valet parking were lovely touches. My daughter in law and I will be back. Great Santa also for pictures.

   I had such an amazing time. I was pleasantly surprised with a Winter Wonderland theme. My waitress took care of me with my dietary restrictions. They even had a violinist and the decor was amazing. If there's a Waldorf wherever I travel, I'll stay and eat/drink/ tea there for sure. Very comparable to me yet hotels in England and I'm very impressed.

   Enjoyed the high tea experience! Every detail was wonderful! Lovey tea choices and the scones and sandwiches were delicious. Absolutely lovely musician playing live on her violin. Made a very festive start to the holidays! We loved it!

   The aesthetics were very nice, but the food choice wasn't great. The customer service was great, but I'm not sure if I would do this experience again on Thanksgiving.

   We had a little trouble with tea but the staff and concierge and powers that be took care of everything and I am sure going forward all the teas will be excellent. Please do not hesitate to join them for any special occasion.

   My daughter went here with two friends as an 18th birthday celebration, and Basil said it was "amazing, really nice, perfect." There was a violinist playing the whole time and the violinist played happy birthday and the server brought out a small cake w. a candle. Basil said they tried all the teas and their server was "really sweet and attentive." Basil has always wanted to try a high tea and loves British things. Basil: "It was exactly the experience I wanted for my 18th birthday." They loved the valet parking and the overall fanciness. They had never had this type of experience. (I paid, so they did not feel it in the wallet LOL I did think it was super expensive but worth it for my child to have a memorable birthday celebration w besties)

   Went to tea with a friend and it was excellent! Live violin music set the tone. The service and food was great! One teeny tiny complaint was not knowing where to park but I called and was given great directions. The staff were all so kind and professional.

   Celebrated with my cousin for her birthday and it was a wonderful experience. It was a little pricey but they service was exceptional and the ambience was nice. Would do it again

    The Waldorf is a lovely place to visit, but the high tea is served in a room that felt like an afterthought. Zero ambiance- the tables were decorated perfectly and the harpist was a nice touch. The room itself is a conference room and that’s all I felt. The food was good. The breads (brotchen rolls were stale as was the macaroon), the fillings were good and small portions. Every effort was made by the staff to make it a wonderful experience. The teas were wonderful and the cocktails was put together tableside.
