Waldo’s was founded by restaurateur Waldo Cesoni with the intention of becoming “the destination point” for a true Italian culinary experience.

The restaurant pays homage to the essence of the great Italian American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable, and unpretentious.

We have been going to Waldo's for over a year and enjoy it very much. Recently they have changed staff and there have been some bumps in the road, but it seems they are working them out. The food remains excellent and the new manager seems eager to please.

This was our first time at Waldo's and we were very impressed - with the service, food, and ambience. I had the lasagna and my partner the tortellini's and both were excellent. We look forward to returning.

This was our first visit to Waldo’s and we left disappointed with the food. My chicken Marsala was tough - not sure if overcooked or needed more tenderizing. The capellini entree was pretty bland. On the bright side service from Frida was excellent.

The food and service were both exceptional. The veal parmesan was delicious. Will definitely be back on our next visit to the desert!
