Washington Dining & Cocktails combines traditional with swanky and rustic with industrial for a welcoming feel. We feature neighborhood cuisine in a traditional American style, as well as beer, wine and cocktails served in the bar. The Culinary Director, John Gurnee, has created a consistent and approachable menu with some fun twists, like daily specials, a raw seafood bar and salads you can build yourself with a variety of toppings. The kids' menu also gives families better options for healthy food and appealing choices for their children.

Perfect cocktails, not icky sweet. The French fries were really good and the steak salad was fresh with a tender cut of steak. They treated my celiac guest with respect so they felt safe to eat gluten free. Friendly and knowledgeable servers and bartenders.

french fries were too salty, I asked for medium rare and go well-done hamburger. food was warm and NOT hot.

Service was immediate and friendly. We had chicken off menu and pot roast special, very well done and presented American comfort food at its best. Delicious, as was the chocolate dessert, more than enough for two.

Excellent happy hour light dinner! We love Mtn Burger as well as Drake and Washington. We live near NWX and we love supporting our local eateries! Thank you for always making us feel like we matter!!

Buffalo Chicken salad is still amazing! Blood orange margarita hit the spot after long hike at Green Lakes! Pleasant efficient service. Nice treat for a late lunch!

Nice place. Not as fancy inside as I thought. Would have liked a bigger booth for the 5 of us. Appreciated, however, how they put a happy birthday sign on our table and brought free donuts with a candle for the birthday girl. She really appreciated and it left an impression on our entire table! Our waitress was friendly and terrific. Even brought a sample of the soup for my 91 year old mother in law to taste to be sure it wasn't too spicy. Very thoughtful.

As always, Washington does a great job. Some day I'll order something other than eggs benedict for brunch, but not there yet! Ariana is a wonderful server!
