   Amazing restaurant and overall experience. The staff are great, the food is amazing and unfussy, the ambience and feel are warm and cozy, and the owner is thoughtful and generous. Couldn't recommend Water and Wheat more!

   Water & Wheat is a charming neighborhood spot with a wonderful menu and well prepared creative dishes celebrating the best of Tuscan comfort food. Their lunch special is awesome. Don’t miss their superb butternut squash soup.

   Broad set of options for homemade pasta. Choose your shape and pair it with the sauce you want. Portions were generous. Favorites at the table were al la vodka, a la Norma, and lasagne. My chicken parm was not the best thing to order here, and the Brussell sprouts that came with it were mushy. Servers were excellent: attentive, responsive, and helpful.

   Really nice neighborhood spot. Super warm and efficient service. The noise level was quite high at one point but not much can be done about that. The lasagna that we ordered was not quite hot enough and was too tall to eat comfortably but that was not a big deal. The salad the shrimp and the flatbread were excellent.

   Atmosphere very cozy and comfortable. Service excellent tho we had 2 waiters asking us the same questions. Overly accommodating. Food delicious. I will recommend to others.

   Quite a large menu for a small restaurant. Very courteous service. Excellent food. A very happy first time dining there and I will return.
