This New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, enjoy a four course prix fixe menu with Guest favorites and chef-inspired creations, plus a champagne toast to bring in the New Year. An additional wine pairing enhancement will be available. The complete New Year’s Eve menu will be shared leading up to holiday. Please note that only the prix fixe menu will be available for New Year’s Eve dinner, starting at 3:00 p.m.

Water Grill never disappoints, we were celebrating a birthday and the service and food were both excellent!

A hidden gem in Vegas! Everything we had was prepared with perfection. We started with the pacific oysters, then moved on to the Alaskan king crab 🦀 legs. OMG !!! Our main dish was the sea bass. Cooked with love . Our server was awesome as well , I forgot her name , however her service was amazing. Thank you Water Grill for a wonderful Thanksgiving 2024 . 🤙

Beware when you make reservations to ask that you are not seated upstairs! We love the Water Grill and were so looking forward to celebrating Thanksgiving there with our friends. Unfortunately, they seated us upstairs in what was a brightly lit conference room against two exit doors with staff moving in and out constantly. It did not at all feel like the Water Grill. It felt more like an overflow reject space. The only thing that saved the evening was that the food and wait staff were good.

We had Thanksgiving dinner here. We reserved weeks ahead of time and requested a booth. When we checked in, they tried to put us in a sterile banquet overflow room upstairs under florescent lights with a terrible ambiance. We had to ask to be moved to the main dining room where we meet a little resistance. Not a great way to start the meal, but we did get moved. The oysters, sushi and steaks were fabulous. The prefix Thanksgiving meal at $72 a person wasn't very good. The clam chowder and dessert were good, but the turkey plate was very mediocre for the price. Turkey and stuffing were dry.

Miguel was our server and he was awesome. Very attentive to us and made sure our order was correct. He also explained everything on the menu. I will definitely be returning.

I returned to Water Grill and we had a great meal. Started off with oysters and a bottle of wine. Lunch consisted of their Greek Drum, Salmon, and Crab Cakes. Overall, we really enjoyed and definitely recommend.
