   We went to the restaurant last night. Decent group. We were sat in a great spot. Table was nice, sever was very kind but it stopped there. The food came out scattered . The runners of the food acted as if they were lost. Food was coming and going as if they didn’t know where to drop it off. 2 steaks were ordered medium rare. Both came out overly well done. Sauces were ordered to pair with the steaks, it took 30 minutes after the over cooked steak was dropped off. So steak was cold when the sauce was dropped off. One steak was sent back. We were told a manager was going to come and was asked multiple times to come to the table. He never showed which is disappointing for the waitress. Lastly for a restaurant that’s kid friendly the video that plays in the restaurant bathroom is extremely inappropriate. I was extremely dissatisfied. We all were. So upsetting as our first time in the Naples area looking for a few good staple restaurants.

   Wonderful, lively place, lot’s of action. Our waitress was fantastic. Great choice of dishes. Limited choice of wines. We were rushed way too much and too often.

   My wife and I visited Waxins for the first time. Im a local chef. The dishes were very nice balanced & delicious. Very hearty. I tried the Swedish Caviar, Swedish Meatballs, and Chocolate mouse, cherries, cherry ice-cream. All dishes were great. Especially the meatballs and dessert. My wife tried the beet tartar, Swedish veal patty thing I can't remember the name and she had the strawberry shortcake dessert of which she loved. We will definitely visit Waxins again and try other dishes. Everything was well presented and staff was friendly & helpful.

   This is the second time we dined at this restaurant. We highly recommend the cod the Swedish way and linguine alla scampi. The first time we had the Swedish meatballs, Bucatini Bolognes, Wallenbergare and poached salmon which was amazing. The first time we ate inside, and the decor was beautiful, and we had 6 people and it was very easy to have a conversation. The second time we had 4 people, and it was beautiful outside, unfortunately the Waxin is near BURN by Rocky Patel Naples. We would constantly smell the outdoor cigar smoke, and my husband had a very difficult time breathing. I would highly recommend that you either dine indoors or outdoors but sit in the front of the restaurant rather than the side. The server was aware of the issue, but it was too late to move. I definitely would dine here again but either eat inside or outdoor in the front.

   This is now one of my new favorite places in Naples. Really love the ambience. Food was excellent, and so was the service. We had a wonderful evening.

   It was our first time at Waxin's in Naples and wow - it was fabulous! Our server Renata gave us great suggestions for cocktails, starters and main dinners - which we both ordered and loved!

   Having an ethnic based restaurant is a nice addition to the Naples food scene. Something different than steak and pasta. We ordered as many Swedish dishes as we could. We had the Toast Skagen which was excellent; the Beef Rydberg and Wallenbergare, which were very good. We added 2 side salads which were large and well dressed. Then for dessert we had the cinnamon bun and raspberry tart, both very nice. For cocktails we tried the Pink Potion, Raspberry Lemondrop and Swedish 75; all were very good. The prices of the menu items were reasonable.

   Server very knowledgeable re menu and other staff helpful and enthusiastic Menu seemed thin on Scandinavian dishes but what I had was good Server disappeared so I had to ask maitre’d to refill my water glass High top chairs some what problematic due to large back cushion. Couples on both sides me me gave up and moved inside
