   What an awesome experience, first time in after passing this place a dozen times. Upper dining room is perfect for a date night or large group. Ben our server was absolutely amazing & his suggestions for food were spot on. Only issue was our she crab soup & chicken marsala could have been served warmer.

   Service was very poor. It took us forever to even order drinks then we never got refills on anything. The entrees were very salty while the appetizers took the cake. We wanted more water and to order more drinks but never got the chance due to the very poor service.

   Excellent service from the bartender to the dinner server. Food was cooked to specification & done well. For Charleston the food was reasonably priced. Found the two wines we tried to be very dry & light. Pinot Grigio & Under Table Red. Brown Ale was very good. Thanks for a great Valentines! Will come back to try your flatbreads!

   My husband and I chose this restaurant for our Valentines dinner and we loved it! The server (forgot her name but she was SO sweet and attentive even after working a double that day). The Valentines cocktails were so good and the crab pasta was 10/10!!! We’ll definitely be back!!

   I went out for a Galentine’s dinner, and the place was packed! The food took over an hour to arrive, but it was worth the wait—absolutely delicious. I had the spinach and crab pasta, which was amazing. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but it was definitely running behind.

   Was looking forward to the evening with my Valentine and a friend couple after carefully reading the reviews. Could not have been a more disappointing experienced. Showed up at 8pm for our reservation, at least 5 other groups waiting with no greeting or pending greeting from the wait staff. The guy podium, looked confused and overwhelmed. After patiently waiting 5 minutes, i approached him about my 8pm res he said i would have to wait as he was trying to figure out who had a table and who didn't. After 5 more minutes he said out table was in the process of being cleaned. Ten more minutes still nothing, we were about to leave and he said it was not ready. Sat down no great for ten more minutes. Waitress shows up, said going to bring us waters. ten more minutes she comes back and says they ran out of water glasses. We order drinks, at least ten more minutes before drinks show up. Again ask for water she says still being washed even though we are seeing every possible type of drink passing by out table in water glasses. Ten more minutes we finally get to order, now 9 something. By 9:30 i try to get waitress's attention, she is clearly avoiding us, 9:45 we get up and leave, a person comes by to apologize, waitress never says a word to us. One and done, sad situation going on there.

   Had reservations for 7:00 and didn’t get seated till 8:30 that was ridiculous. Brandon Was supposed to be our server but he was bar tending that night. As usual Brandon was the best. Brandon finally got us a table even though he didn’t have to. He also remembered my wife and I from being there 2 months prior. Again Brandon was amazing and he wasn’t even our server

    I had made 6:45 reservations, and it took well over 20 minutes to be seated. There had CLEARLY been an error in booking, as there was a line out of the door, all with reservations, that had not been seated. Aside from the reservation mishap, the service was a bit slow, but all in all, pretty good. The food and wine were both excellent, though. If you can make it when the restaurant is not crowded, I think it will be a very enjoyable experience.
