Dine in our highly acclaimed restaurant, The Dining Room which has stunning views over the Yorkshire Dales or take advantage of The Gun Room with its cosy snug ambience and open inglenook fireplace. Or enjoy Private Dinning for parties up to 18 people in The Glass House. We pride ourselves in serving a mouth-watering selection of dishes, most with locally sourced Yorkshire ingredients.

We also have a specials board to showcase the talent and passion of our chefs who also delight locals and guests with their themed culinary evenings serving dishes such as fresh Seafood and Prosecco. We serve the same menu’s throughout all our dining rooms and outside on our decking area and welcome you to join us for special occasions such as Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

The food was really good quality and tasty. Our visit was on a quiet night, but the ambience was great and the staff were really friendly. I will definitely go back and totally recommend it

We have loved visiting the Wellington frequently whilst staying in the area for a month. The team are friendly and welcoming, great service with a smile. We love the variety of food and the quality and quantity is great. Great wood fire pizza oven too. Also a great specials board. Atmosphere was always buzzing with lovely open fires. Good beers and wines and fab to enjoy music on occasions. Darley is very lucky to have such a thriving local pub. Thanks for having us, several times 💞

Been here before for food and a stop over which was amazing so decided to have an anniversary meal here and it was as amazing as the first time will definitely be returning thank you.

Absolutely amazing food, the belly pork was so tender and delicious.. in fact all of the meal was to die for.. service was great too always someone around if you needed drinks or anything else and very attentive.. We will 100% go back and recommend to friends and family 😊

Lovely traditional pub atmosphere with excellent portions of high quality food. Service was efficient, polite and unobtrusive. Water provided without needing to ask. our party had 6 different main courses and all were delicious.
